GRAETZ MUSICA

The Graetz Musica 4R was manufactured from 1954 onwards, in Altena, Westfalen, Germany. It is a superheterodyne receiver with 6 AM circuits and 9 FM circuits. It has 3 built-in loudspeakers to create a surround sound effect. The radio has a "magic eye" to assist with tuning.

This was the radio that I grew up with. The price was 350 guilders at the time, more that a month's income for my parents!
