CB 935

These beautiful mahogany CB 935 switchboard cabinets were used in small offices. They had switches instead of cords. A range of cordless switchboards was available, from a small one with 3 internal lines and one external line to a large one with 9 internal lines and 3 external lines. The operator is being alerted of an incoming call by a buzzer and by the dropping of the "dolls eye" of the calling line. The operator can then call an external manual exchange or an internal line using the magneto generator. He/she can also ring an external number through an automatic exchange using his/her dial telephone. During the night the external line can be switched to one of the internal lines. The switchboards require a 12V battery.

I have two CB 935 switchboards, a 1+3 and a 2+4 model.
